Delivery

Renny Exclusive ships domestic and International orders via Royal Mail.

All new orders are processed between 1-3 working days and shipped between 1-3 additional working days.

You will not be able to change or amend your delivery address and size once your order has been made.  

Should you need to cancel your order before it has been dispatched please email us immediately, as this will not be possible once the item has been shipped.

Due to custom fees being out of our control we are not liable for any custom clearance fees.

Returns/Exchange Policy

DEFECTS

Every garment is thoroughly checked before it is sent off. 

We do not offer a refunds policy but an exchange policy for defects and damages within the first 7 days for UK customers and 14 days for international

  1. Send an email to rennyexclusive64@gmail.com stating the garment item name on the site.

  2. Please provide us with a description or a picture of the defect/damages

  3. Once we have received your new preferred size we will provide you with the address the garment needs to be sent back to.

  4. Once we have received your item we will send a replacement out to you.

  5. Please note we reserve the right to refuse any items sent back that have been worn and has had tags removed.

  6. Item(s) used, washed, or damaged will be sent back to the address listed on your order. 

  7. Please try on the clothes with caution, as we will not accept clothes that have acquired a scent of perfume and/or makeup stains. 

 

SIZING ISSUES

We want everything to fit you perfectly, but we understand the the right size may not always be chosen for this reason we offer an exchange policy for sizing issues within the first 7 days for UK customers and 14 days for international customer.

 For full measurements please refer to our size guide.

  1. Send us an email at rennyexclusive64@gmail.com stating the garment item name on the site, the size you ordered and the size you would prefer.

  2. Once we have received your new preferred size we will provide you with the address the garment needs to be sent back to.

  3. Once we have received your item we will check it has met all our requirements for exchanges and issue you with your preferred size and send this out to you.

  4. Please note we reserve the right to refuse any items sent back that does not adhere to our exchange policy.

  5. Item(s) used, washed, or damaged will be sent back to the address listed on your order.  

  6. Please try on the clothes with caution, as we will not accept clothes that have acquired a scent of perfume and/or makeup stains. 

 

If your original choice of item is not in stock we will issue you a Credit Note which can be used within 180 days of your original purchase. 

Please note Renny Exclusive does not cover any exchange costs, however we will be responsible for the cost of sending back your replacement only.

Please keep proof of all postage documents as Renny Exclusive will not be liable for any lost items sent back.
